2 – Cups Rice
1 – Can Condensed Milk
1 – Can Evaporated Milk
2 – Sticks of Canela
Sugar as needed
Process:
1 – Soak rice for two hours
2 – Blend canela and water
3 – Blend soaked rice and cinnamon until finely blended
4 – Add Milks and Mix Together
5 – Add Water and sugar to taste
6 – Ad lost of Ice

Today was filled with rodeo, floats, and not as much rain as we thought we would get. Mom and Dad both competed in the rodeo slack for the Round Valley 4th of July Rodeo. We got a ton of pictures and some video of them. During the rodeo Dean, Donna, Alli, and Maggie arrived and enjoyed the rodeo. They even got to ride “mollie’s horse” chemo after the slack was over. Then we headed to eat and finished up the day working on the float for the rodeo club. Enjoy the photos, and hopefully tomorrow will be funner than today was.
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and oats and cook over medium heat. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.
Spoon out quickly onto wax paper or aluminum foil. Cookies will harden as they set.

Donna (Amanda’s Mom) wanted me to make a baby announcement for Rustyn so I decided to put that and his Baby Blessing Announcement together. I really wanted to use the font with the one with only his name, but I couldn’t get it to look smooth enough. The blessing is July 5th at the Springerville Building at 11 in the morning. We’d love anyone that could come, and no I’m sorry there will be no twitter feed this time. 🙂

I added a widget on the side of our blog for what i’m currently reading. Perhaps if I put it up there then I’ll be more likely to actually be active in finishing them so I can start the next one. What have you read that you would suggest? I’d love some suggestions.
So I copied the following pictures on my PSP to take to Church so mom could show off her grandson, and my dad ended up with it. He started making up captions for what Rustyn was thinking. His favorite is number 4, he thinks is is saying “Boom, Boom, Firepower!”. My mom thinks it should say, “There some new guns in town Uncle Clancey.” What do you think? Leave some comment goodness..
