Jerome Hunt, the Stake President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints contacted me this morning and asked that I communicate his desire for the people of our community to fast. His hope is that we dedicate this fast to the comfort of the people who have been displaced from their homes, the safety of those people, and the containment and end of the fire.
